Once the payment is done, your order is confirmed immediately. We take 2-5 days to dispatch your order, and once dispatched, you will have your parcel in your hands within 7-9 business days. You will access to tracking information to follow your package right through to delivery.

Please note that we are not responsible for delay in transit caused by the courier services. Sometimes, due to weather, roadblocks and other unforeseen circumstances, delays cannot be avoided.
