RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns
We offer RISK FREE replacement policy. If your item is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will make sure your issue is resolved at earliest.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you are approved, we will deliver new product.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only offer an exchange in the following two situations:
- You have received incorrect product(s)
- You have received damaged product(s)
In both the cases, you must send us a video of the parcel within 48 hours of receiving it at support@thepawfectpick.store
